In the event a participant is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred to another person or deferred to a future run of the same programme, subject to availability. Clarity Consultancy and KelcCreative are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any changes, downtimes, or pricing updates made by these third-party platforms.
3. Results Disclaimer Outcomes from applying skills learned in this workshop vary depending on individual effort, business context, and execution. No specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance improvements are guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property All course materials, slides, templates, and frameworks provided during the programme are the intellectual property of Clarity Consultancy and KelcCreative. Participants may use materials for personal and internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or republishing of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. HRD Corp Claims Clarity Consultancy is a registered HRD Corp training provider. Participants are responsible for ensuring their company’s eligibility to claim under HRD Corp prior to registration. We will provide the necessary documentation to support the claim process, but approval is subject to HRD Corp’s discretion.
6. Photography & Recording The training session may be photographed or recorded for marketing and educational purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of such materials. Please notify us in writing before the event if you do not wish to be featured.
7. Liability Clarity Consultancy and KelcCreative shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in or reliance on content delivered during this programme.
8. Event Changes We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or change the venue of the programme due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified with a minimum of 5 working days notice. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
